Auto Ban New Champs In Ranked Que

Do to the lack of knowledge with new champions that are release, I think it would be wise for LoL to put a ban on new released champs for at least 2 weeks when it comes to playing them in rank matches. With some of the newer champ, they are over powered or people just dont fully understand their mechanics and fail to realize that insta locking them is not a free win. I have had many experiences where this is true. Please let me know your thoughts, and if u agree with me do a poll
