Request: OFA Singed

Can we do something about Singed?

Either make it so that weaker dots will never replace stronger dots, or allow the dots to stack... so annoying when a tank or AD Singed replaces an AP dot. Bad enough you can only apply one DOT at a time without it constantly being replaced with weaker ones.
