Random lag since the last two or so patches. Can we please get a fix?

Randomly the game will stutter for about one second and its been going on for like two weeks now. My friends even say the same thing happens to them, there was even a time where we all felt the same hiccup. I finally died because of it so yeah, when is this going to be dealt with?
