[Patch 10.3] Performance issues?

As the title says, starting a couple of days ago, my fps have started dropping all the time whenever something occurs in the game. Before that it would run at 120 fps (capped) consistently, but now it goes anywhere from 120 to 80 whenever nothing's really happening to 70 and sometimes even up to 40 during fights. These drops don't last too long but it's definitely something that has me worried. I'm not sure whether it's the patch or if it's the fact that I should clean my graphics card or something.
