she 1v5 us on ranked period like the whole game. Her r needs to be brought down a bit.

You must immediatly disengage her ult. Its like standing in Nunu's ult as it charges and expecting to win the teamfight.
Her R takes between 2-3s before it does any damage.
If your team does not have a hard CC to shut her down then that is not the champs problem.
Her R actually needs some QOL buffs like a heal from her passive when it hits a champion. Too often she will ult and be dead before the tentacles have even spawned
Her W is very buggy
Her Q is the only thing that works almost 100% correctly. It should finish its animation and damage if she is killed during the animation. Same with her W.
You just are bronze and have no clue how to play vs her. She is easy to counter. Quinn DESTROYS her top lane. Like a bot can win lane.
