Just another fun game of ranked. with an afk mid, troll jg and best of all a dc adc. It's as if riot knows you're on a winstreak so they give you the WORST team mates they can find to ensure you don't have to high of a winrate. worst part is these players that do this seem to get away with it scott free. The reporting never works and they just get away with some lp loss, and "thankfully" letting us lose it too. Along with the mmr we try so hard to achieve

The problem is the design philosophy behind the enforcement of the summoner code. Saying "mean words" is met with a permaban, while intentionally throwing and deranking everyone else is gone unnoticed. It means real gamers move to different games, or collect at the top echelon, (which you haven't reached yet) so the leagues below Master Tier are flooded with immature trolls.

That is not to say that int trolling doesn't exist at the top. It does. It isn't punished there either.
