Can we get a change in the pre game lobby please

There is such a ridiculous amount of frustrating picks in ranked from players that don't take the game seriously. We've all appreciated the remake mechanic, and your first dodge is only 3 lp and 5 minutes, but that's all that protects us from terrible games due to forces we could start changing, or at least filter much better; or dodging the next game that costs 10 lp and 30 minutes. That's roughly the lp of half a loss, and you can't que for the length of a short match, in all game modes. Why should we have to pay for taking the game seriously, in the competitive spirit the game was intended for?

I for one feel dodging is a noble thing to do for your team, and shouldn't be this heavily punished. Maybe instead give everyone an occasional dodge every few days for free specifically, for ranked? Allow players to vote to disband the game if one person person in solo que insta-locks Yi support? I feel there's so much room to improve this infuriating problem.
