New Queue Idea - Mix of Blind / Normals

If they can't (or won't) keep both, I think there is a way to keep the best parts of the two. My idea is you still have role selection, and still enter the lobby with your role chosen from the options you gave. Now it's more like blind from here, there are no bans and you cannot see what the enemy team is choosing. You have 40 seconds to lock in your champion, everyone does this simultaneously. After everything is locked in, you see what the enemy team picked.

Best of both worlds: -You can still choose your role and don't have to fight over it like blind, which is a stupid gongshow and lots of times people do whatever they want regardless of what was called in lobby chat -No bans and simultaneous selection cuts down on lobby time substantially, like in blind queue -Your team is near guaranteed to get people which actually can do the roles they end up with and the game will function like a ranked game except with no bans

I would be fine with this plus ranked as the only two options. I just hate blind SO MUCH because of fighting over roles when I want to practice a specific thing for ranked. Or just don't feel like ranked
