anyone else having same visual problems?

ok when i start the 5 v 5 match and all the champs spawn i llok to the right to look at map to see what side im on ( since i prefer top over bot side ) and i see that the camera lock icon and i think its settings icon? they are both black and when i click on them they work bug or visual mistake.......
