What if you never had to worry about disconnects again?

Just like almost everyone in league, I fear every game where a teammate disconnects. A fix for this problem would be a queue that puts players into the roles and champions that players who disconnected were in. This would help make it so that there are less games where teams are ahead but lose from a disconnected teammate. Also, extra influence points or honors could be awarded to the summoners who enter in this queue and complete games in it. They could face the same penalties and opportunities to be reported as if they had been there the whole game, and the previous player could also be reported. What does everyone else think about this?

Coming from someone who has spent most of his time in wow and having to deal with thier crappy lfg system joining a match or anything already in progress is just annoying. Sure the extra ip and stuff might be useful but unless you got that plus the ip from being in the match the whole time and not just from when you joined it probably wouldn't equal out to what you would get from playing a full game.

Also it could also cause problems for people who loose connection for a moment or have their router shutoff or get unplugged and cause them to be kicked from a game when they are trying to fix the probelm to get back into the game. Whoever joins in would be at a lower lvl and be easy prey for anyone who was already in the game and would cause the team who is winning just to get farther ahead and then cause the person who just joined to get frustrated and either afk the rest of the game or just feed the other team so it gets over faster

No, Riot already is working on a system that'll restart games that start as a 4v5.

i agree with HOZZAK. I hate dc's and afk's just as much as the next guy, but i got to admit there are some legit dc's that are uncontrollable. Just like today, i kept dc'ing yet i didnt want to, i was the tank i was doing extremely well til mid game when it just dc'ed and then kept doing it off and on for the rest of the match. I was super upset, as my router was fine and working, my modem is fine and working, ive already dedicated ports to this game, and set my pc at highest priority and i fixed my firewall and make sure it is before i start up leagues b4 logging in. So why should i be penalized even more when the dc's i experienced weren't my fault and i was already getting pee'd off.
