I really don't like Cassiopeia's new playstyle but I have to admit that passive makes her lategame ridiculous.
... meanwhile other AP mages deal the same amount of dmg or even more, with less than 700 AP. -.-
Yeah, a free Rabadon's can do that. Fat lot of good when your ratios are garbage though.
your dps are above average but your burst isnt and you still have to get into mid range to do it while being squishy and able to be bursted by all other mages from muhc more range or assasinated by the assasin you fed while working on your stacks
