The reasons why Taliyah and Kalista don't need buffs

Looking on champion.gg, you'll see that people that invest more time, 100 games, into taliyah and kalista will have ridiculous winrates. The only reason their average winrate isn't that high is because they are "high skill cap" champions. People that pour 100 games into kalista literally have a 70% winrate on the champion. People that play Taliyah that much have an 80% winrate.

If you want to play these champions, actually invest time into them. There are few champions that even come close to that winrate with 100+games experience.
