The new ranked system (My Experience)

I am not sure about everyone's experiences with the new Ranked system, but mine was less that enjoyable. I feel as if there are more toxic players than usual. Does anyone feel the same? Could it be the new ranked system? Maybe it is a coincidence? Maybe I am slumping? I am not sure. Feed back would be greatly appreciated.
