Can we take a look into nerfing Statikk Shiv?
Its too strong of a power spike for its cost, and the waveclear is way too strong. It boggles my mind that the "late game" role has access to an item that allows them to spike hard in the early-mid game and easily collect farm because of its aoe.
Adc's should have to buy hurricane if they want to clear waves faster, they shouldn't be able to auto a melee minion and one shot all the ranged minions in the back because they have

essentially allows ADC's to have a number of the benefits of a mage midlane ( waveclear and magic damage ) while building cheap crit items.
also frontloads a whole bunch of damage on the initial auto attack, effectively turning many adc's (
) into burst damage assassins. This is supposed to be the consistent, dps, turret buster role of the game, but this single item completely turns the role on its head. I mean does anyone else remember when
