All I want for season 8 is a new live design team

This is a rant post.

Everyone at the current live design team needs to leave. They are responsible for the abunance of true damage, negating to buff towers for ages, refusing to extend the laning phase, responsible for the damage creep in keystones, the release of Zoe, Pyke, Irelia. Responsible for the 0,1 second One Shot LCS Flashy meta, the snowball meta and the jungle is a mess. It is Ardent Censor all over again where something is incredibly offbalanced and they just ignore the problem and in november they will come and say something like this again: "We probably should have changed things sooner, we should have listend more to the community". Damage is incredibly high all over the boards due to the abundance of true damage. I wouldn't even know where to start balancing things. It is not 1 or 2 things you can pick it is the general state of the game that is bad.

Mage items got an overhaul and 1 year later they need to redo it again. ADC and support items all redone within a year. Seriously, these misstakes were foreseeable and evitable. There doesn't seem to be any long term direction. So many resources are being put in certain classes, items or champs and within 6-12 months it was all in vain because it all failed to meet any long term goals. Things are just changed for the sake of change for the short run. There is a complete lack of vision

You can't just have a team full of people/robots completely out of touch with the game who are just looking at data, statistics and spreadsheets to let an algoritm come up with a -3 AD nerf and call it a day. The game needs people with affinity with the game. People who are fully in touch with the current gameplay and have a vision of how the game should be. People with clear goals. New leaders.

Riot enough is enough. You need to know when it is time to quit. Take a long deep look in the mirror and draw your conclusions. The entire live design team needs to be replaced and get a new supervisor with real knowledge of the game who can evaluate and check and balance the live design team rather than Ghostcrawler who hasn't played the game ever.
