Can Fiora and Jax and Teemo Counter Nasus Q?
Fiora Parrey (W), Jax counterstrike (E), and TEemo blind (Q) do these stop the on hit extra damage from Nasus Q?

I don't know about Fiora or Jax (though I suspect it's a yes). Teemo is... kind of a yes. If Nasus misses due to blindness you won't take damage, but Siphoning Strike lasts for a few seconds or until it's triggered by hitting something, so if Nasus later got a hit (either due to luck or because the blindness ended) then Siphoning Strike would still deal its extra damage.
Fiora parries it correctly, Jax does not dodge the bonus Q damage (though he will dodge the autoattack doing the strike), and blinds don't allow Nasus to actually land his Q, though the Q is not consumed until the cooldown goes or he lands it.
