The New QSS/Mercurial Changes

@RiotRepertoir Although I agree that the changes to QSS/Mercurial will make champions that have abilities that apply non crowd control debuffs more viable, it will also result in champions such as Zed, Fiora and Trundle to end up on perma-bans as the Juggernauts did when they were updated (recall the perma Darius/Skarner bans in Season 5) since there really isn't much counter play to such champions. For instance, if a Zed were to ult a squishy ADC in a team fight there isn't much that can be done to prevent a guaranteed kill of said carry since Zed can position and maneuver with his shadow and ult. So unless you introduce some counter play or scaling changes to provide more of a fighting chance, aren't you just harming such champions even more?

Also, if these changes are to prevent the debilitation of champions who rely on debuffs to carry out their roles, then one champion who still suffers is Yasuo, for whom one can not only cleanse the knock-up but also his ult since that counts as a crowd control debuff.
