how do you beat a ezreal/vayne main?

until after vayne buff and my recent games all these vayne/ezreal mains came out of the woodwork usually in my games (previous patch) it was a cait/varus/miss fortune/ and a odd jhin. now its either vayne or ezreal perfectionists, how do you go vs them ezreal gets godly damage after triforce/ (yes i know every Q has massive damage but when your a tankish champ it weighs on you alot). while vayne herself is not the trouble its a waste of ban to me but... she comes at the perfect time in a teamfight to "one shotish" the squishies no matter our preparation or how damage or tank oriented we are. what im asking is NOT A COMPLAINT but a helpful tips of how to beat mains such as these. the master 7s.
