i really do believe that she is way too strong right now, after playing her quite a bit after her rework i can say with certainty that she is too much to handle.

Care to explain why?
? Just play blitz or a poke support. Blitz pulls the adc out of her range/bursts them faster than she can heal.
Poke supports can chip away at her adc's and her health, and as long as you aren't bad and don't get hit by her Q's she can't do anything to stop it. Then you just all in once you've gotten them low enough.
