pls bring back team builder

so i was playing jinx((trying to practice) in blind pick bot and got put against a mord main thats 2 tiers above me with a blitz 1 tier below and it really just felt like there was nothing i could do against him and really there wasnt, i left lane 3 and 1 with him 0 and 2. by the end of the match he was 11 and 2 while i was 5 and 6 because he slaughtered my team.

all in all i wish riot would bring back team build, so i can learn a new role and not fear a long wait time or a plat/diamond player using their main.
