League of Legends help

This is basically a thread to let people know that I would like help improving in League of Legends for free. I know, I know, there are coaches out there, but let's be real, I don't have hundreds of dollars to be spending on League coaching. I am currently Gold 1, and I am stuck here. I REALLY want plat this season, but I can't seem to be able to win enough games to climb into it.
