The Fiora rework.
It upset allot of people and many quit the game.
They probably didn't tell you.
I've been ranting about it since it happened you know that.
Everyone on the message boards are bias towards the new Fiora but in game people tell a different story.
They all miss her.
The people that complain about the new Fiora vs the old are a vocal minority. A bunch of Fiora players quitting overnight wouldn't have the slightest effect on the game's population or income.
I think her old kit was fine after they changed her ult to do less dmg in team fights. She was very midgame focused, and though that caused some gameplay issues, her theme and kit felt coherent. Not every champ needs to be lee sin or late game vayne.
Loud groups on the boards on the broad arent not the silent majority.
Louder =/= Bigger
I'm not sure which fanbase was bigger, old Fiora's or Yorick's.
ANY & (almost) EVERY rework does that; and has done it ever since riot couldn't leave well enough alone.
You again? Dude, NOBODY cares about Fiora! Her Rework made her broken, and she got appropriately nerfed! And her old kit was braindead easy! She's in a much better place now that she actually takes more skill.

I just wanna say to Riot that I have more hours on Fiora than all of your employees combined and you didn't ask my opinion.
There is an easy fix... I was the best Fiora and deserve to get level 1 pentakills again. Bring back the old Fiora as a twin sister champ Riot! You ruined her lunge... her lunge is everything.
I miss old Fiora. BS ult or not, her new kit is awful. Her new visual update sucks too.
I miss old Cassiopeia, before they dumpstered her and had the rework her again and again and again to "fix" her.
I miss old Skarner, before spires were a thing. "We had to get rid of that permaslow, it was unhealthy!" LOL

People are down on league because the things they like about it are getting changed, gutted, reworked, deleted or forgotten about ALL the time. The dunk squad is fallen. The full revive boogaloo is done. Five supports can no longer troll-win a game and Xin Zhao is no longer a man. New champs are overloaded as hell, and old, beloved champs are constantly changed into new things that their fanbases aren't attached to. If you kill off a person't favorite character, they'll stop watching a show. If you gut their favorite champs, they'll probably stop playing the game.
Imagine say... Walking Dead. Now imagine that they re-cast Daryl Dixon. The character is still supposed to be the same but the new guy just ISN'T the person that fans like. Imagine them re-casting Tyrion Lannister. Who still watches the show to see another dude attempt to mimic the guy that you liked? No one. that's how fans feel to see their favorite champ dancing around after a sloppy rework. It just isn't the same character. It ruins it. It's crap.
