Can we get a server update based on region?

I understand League is a game based all around the world, , but its still extremely annoying to be in a solo queue and all of a sudden be matched up with 4 non english speaking people that are typing instructions in a language I don't understand. I try to use smart pings as best as I can, but if the other 4 people rely on trying to talk to each other, I cant really do much.

This isn't a post about speaking 1 language only, I just feel like the game has gotten big enough to have the option of having specific servers for specific languages.
