Teemo Rework Idea

HI, I'll start by introducing myself, I'm Tzavok, a player from LAS, I started playing league back in season 2, I've always been a Teemo Main, since I bought him by mistake, fell in love with his playstyle and theme in general, that's how I eventually realized how outdated Teemo is and I would love a little bit of love to go his way, that's why I'm suggesting this rework, hope you guys like it.

The main focus on this rework suggestion is to make Teemo healthier, but keeping his identity as a swift scout who relies on strategy and tactics instead of twitch reaction times, Teemo is a scout, he should be good at chasing enemies, ambushing unsuspecting enemies and the most important aspect of a scout? "scouting", providing his team with intel, map awareness, vision, etc.

How do we do this? This is what i propose.

Passive: Toxic Darts.

  • Every auto attack from Teemo poisons the enemy, dealing X damage over X seconds, stacks up to 4 times, when it gets to 4 stacks, the enemy will be blinded (Graves kind of blind) for X seconds, this effect has X seconds of cooldown.

Q: Crippling Mushroom.

  • Teemo throws a noxious mushroom to target area, which deals moderate damage on impact, adds 2 passive stacks and slows the enemy for X amount for X seconds. (Think Twitch's W)

W: Scouting Ahead!

  • Passive: When Teemo enters a bush, after X seconds he turns invisible, gaining X movement speed, he can move freely inside the bush, but as soon as he leaves it, the Invisibility is lost, the movement speed lasts for X seconds and rapidly diminishes.

  • Active: Teemo gains X attack Speed for X seconds.

E: Unstable Mushroom.

  • Teemo Stores a mushroom every X seconds, up to a total of 3.

  • When used on terrain, Teemo plants a mushroom which lasts for 5 minutes, if an enemy steps on it, it gets hit with a big slow, that lasts X seconds, which decays fast and is also revealed with true sight for 5 seconds. This does NO damage.

  • When used on an enemy, Teemo jumps back while at the same time throws an explosive Mushroom to the enemy, which is knocked back, the enemy is slowed briefly. Can only be used if Teemo has mushroom charges, it uses one charge.

R: Swift Maneuver.

  • Passive: Teemo gains a boost of movement speed that decays over the next few seconds everytime an enemy champion triggers his traps or get hit by his E.

  • Active: Teemo fires a paralizyng dart that stuns the enemy for X seconds, dealing high damage.

This rework idea focuses on getting rid of the frustrating part about Teemo, reducing the damage from his poison and mushrooms, while providing him with new and updated tools to help his team and himself.

I'm open to suggestions and opinions, I know it's unlikely that a Rioter sees this, let alone this becoming Teemo's actual skill set. But considering Teemo is due to a kit rework eventually, it could be an interesting topic to discuss.
