how about just reverting his mini rework, because it was terrible?
and im saying that as someone who gives no shit about zed ebcause i dont play him. it made his only purpose of existence in the game a counter to 
and otherwise trash.
Basically your method of "balancing" is throwing the heaviest weight at the scale as strong as you can, breaking it, then place your favored thing on one side supporting it with your bare hands while shouting out loud "its balanced!" with the top of your lungs.
