Queue dodger? Bug?

Hey-o. Just got out of a ranked game - found that when I did click to join a ranked game, everybody on my team had been forced back into the main menu - when we did click play, we were suddenly brought back into the ranked banning screen.

Okay - no big deal, but none of us couldn't ban - nobody. So we all were forced to dodge, which sucks - because I got a troll feeder last game that had a bitch attack that he lost lane and decided to INT-Feed. (O LP) So now I can't join queue for a few moments. Will this happen again? Is this happening for anybody else?
