True Damage Counter?
Not the best player but is there a way to counter true damage? Like what build could I run to counter it as a support?. Makes playing a tank feel pointless.

Health counters true damage.
The only uncounterable damage is %max hp true damage

since its true damage based off the CRIT damage so if you lower the crit damage by 20% it will lover the amount of true damage they will put out
Technically, health counters true damage. Depends on whose the problem.
Health/healing. If you can outheal their dps (drain tank), you win.
