The Fourth (Semi) Ban

So after playing lots of ranked and more recently watching Worlds I think the game (more from a pro stand point) should introduce a fourth semi ban. By this I mean each team picks one champ each that the other team can neither ban or pick during the next two phases, but they can choose to pick later.

For example I see a lot of jhin's in ranked (this has happened so many times where they pick my adc's main) so my adc has selected him in pre select and my team could semi ban him so the other team does not get him and my team have the option to pick him depending on laning match up they may wish to change their pick.

As far as Worlds goes it is so boring when a champ is always getting banned just because the player plays them so well, this promotes a more technical side of gameplay where you can't simply ban a champ cause the player is good with them but makes you try to out play them instead.
