@Riot Could we talk about Ekko?

Ekko has pretty much been dipping in effectiveness in Top, Mid, and Jungle. I'd like to know if Riot has any plans for him in the future to perhaps bump him up a bit while not returning him to his insane pick/ban status like his first few weeks of release.
