Target Utility Only Key

I feel like since there is a Target Champions Only key why not make a Target Utility Only key. I don't think that bodyblocking is an intended mechanic and it just feels really frustrating and like an undeserved death if I could get out of a situation with Thresh lantern but I can't click it because of champion models or wards placed on top of it.

Here's what I think a Target Utility Only key would do:

With HIGHEST priority it should target Thresh lantern and Bard portal and with LOWER priority it should target wards so you can also use this key to clear wards behind Nash or something.
