Can we get some zyra nerfs?

Since shes getting indirect buffs with rylais changes now is a good time for it.

Shes just way too cancer and polarizing to play against, pretty much play cait or have fun not being able to lane unless your support is 10 times better than the zyra player, and theres nothing balanced about her damage without items.
