As a Leblanc main, I can say that her E really shouldn't proc her passive.

It's pretty stupid because the point of the ability is for it to proc a different ability, but lb can do it in a single ability.

I hope people realize that this isn't a complaint. I am a Leblanc main who enjoys proc'ing the passive with a single ability. But I feel pretty bad now because I realize how op this is.
