make grasp scale better late game.

Now that Cotc is going to be trash level outside of team fights late game. can we buff grasp. we only have two keystones in the tank tree. grasp is weak at all points outside of a lucky sub 5% hp duel in top lane early game proc. even a tank or a juggernaut can't really tank for 4-5 seconds. can we make the cd lower at higher levels. idk. like 5 seconds levels 1-6. 3.5 seconds 7-12. 2 seconds 12-18. we can reduce the damage and buff the sustain
