SKT T1 ZAC not Epic skin ? Also Revitalize on zac goes negative ex. (-3250)

I got SKT T1 Zac and in the skin collection and it doesn't show it as epic or legacy for that matter. Also the revitalize goes into negative value, so I don't know how much value I get from it, myb cuz the health cost is negative healing or something like that.
