Riot has lost their minds with this True damage crap

Well there are going to be a lot of champs on Perma ban list only because you CANT deal with them with any comp.

Just to list a few

You cant play or build Tank

If you are a tank that can build Damage, that is what you do. You will live JUST as long but can do damage and MAYBE kill them before they get off 2 attacks.

You would think "Oh ok so Ill build HPs instead" Nope there is BotRK and % HP damage a plenty.

Only thing you can play in this meta is Shields and Burst. These new AD items and Hail of Blades Rune just exacerbates it.

Finished a Match where the Caithlyn who was less fed them me and lower lvl was 2 shotting me at two items. Head shot was 1100 + 300 True damage that was WITH Caithlyn over stacking Crit is BROKEN with new IE. She ended the game with 180% crit so Headshot one shotted any squishy.

Its just stupid.
