Can you get reported for saying "report x"
is it helping to blame someone and asking people to report them? Or is it just being a jerk. Someone told me because they're gold (im silver), that hes better then me. Is that true?

You can get reported for verbal harassment. I have no idea if Riot would honor that report, but I've played other games where that was honored. If you made a habit of it, some ban probably would come.
If you're requesting reports from the enemy team, you may be reported for doing so.
Yes, that's a reportable offense.
Each person has their own clear conscious of what they deem to be reportable, there is no reason to convince other individuals for your belief on why a person should be reported.
and it was me who was getting blamed because I pushed as teemo with at least twice the cs as garen, who didnt have any kills. Now he said shrooms dont count as wards, which he never explained why, and rubbed in my face of me being silver. We had 3 aces and 3 chances to get nexus, azir, the gold player, who never went to take it. We lost because our xin went into a 1v5 baron fight. its kind of unfair to blame only me
