Kog'Maw

As much as I love seeing the machine gun of botrk bullets, I kinda hate his rework.. Now he's reliant on standing in place and hoping not to get focussed.. Counters him so much. Can we please buff him a bit? Maybe a little base MR to push off some thornmail poke, also, on him is hilarious, I recommend it to all :P
