Why cant we ban champs in urf?
Urf right now is pretty bad, without the ability to ban champs you can get steamrolled by literally one champ cough JAX cough

Because of the randomness i think the idea is you have little control over the champ you choose, same as ARAM. Yes there are OP champs but lets be generous and say everyone rerolls once. Thats only 10 champs each side can pick from ... The chance that you will ban one of those champs is quite low. Granted there are those "aram accounts" but in general its supposed to be a fun game mode, no stress
