We can do better Riot (clean up the community)

Do you remember back in S1, S2, beta, or heck, even alpha? I do. Now, I'm not saying things were perfect but Riot was a lot more hungry. As of late however, they've grown fat and fairly lazy. Remember the tribunal? Players used to genuinely get punished for the things they did. I know, because I delivered many punishments and in my early days where I would AFK (sorry but I did do it), I got punished. And they weren't light bans, no they were two weeks or more. I was kinda angry at the time, but** it worked**! I learned my lesson and didn't do it again, that and I actually learned how important it was to have all 4 of your teammates. People who trolled were actually banned. Now, I'm not saying the tribunal didn't have problems, because it did. In fact, many people were falsely banned and there was about %10 or so of the cases where I genuinely believe people were just being harsh and passed judgement without evidence. The important thing is: Riot was trying. They wanted people to play their game,** it was a game made by gamers for gamers and they wanted democracy to rule**. They understood the importance of a good community and tried to grow it. My problem is now they don't seem to care. The tribunal has been down for "maintenance" for a long time, and I genuinely don't see the point of reporting people anymore. The system is currently automated so the only people that get punished are by leaverbuster and maybe if they got enough reports, then again that might not even be true. If they recieve too many abusive languages they get a message or a chat ban, but nothing serious. I have never heard of one person actually getting banned for trolling, since things became automated. Also, leaverbuster only catches people who AFK or dc. So, most of the AFKs I've had just sit in the fountain and move their character. All in all, there's more problems with the current system than the last. So, I'm begging you Riot: please give us the tribunal or something back! I don't even care if it's completely internal, but you need to take your community problems seriously. I love this game, but it won't last long, if you guys don't get a handle on this. It's a game's gameplay that makes it popular, but it's a game's community that makes it last. I still know tons of people that play old games because of the community, like Unreal Tournament fans. I really love this game and I don't want to harp on you guys, but this is going to have the same problems CoD has if you don't start implementing strict rules into your community. You are not too big to fail. No game is, and** if you don't clean up your community, people will leave when the next flashy game comes out that is more invested in building its community**, kinda like you guys used to be. I'm not saying we will fix the community overnight, but stop empowering the trolls with your automated system and give it back to the gamers so that justice can be done, please.
