Vladimir Rework Ideas

So today me and my friend were talking about Vladimir Vladimir and we were mainly discussing how there really isn't a "health mage"; aka a mage that does a lot of damage but is also rewarded for building health, kinda like a juggernaut, and we thought it would be really cool if Vladimir would be brought into this direction. So, we came up with a couple of ideas for some kit changes for Vladimir that could make him a lot less boring with some defined weaknesses and strengths:

Passive: Vladimir's passive is essentially where we came up with the idea of a "health mage" just because there really isn't any other champion in League of Legends where health is directly converted into AP. However, usually the only real health item most Vladimirs build is Spirit Visage. Well, what if there was more of a payout for building health? This can be easily resolved by adding a little bit of bonus health scaling into Crimson Pact. Also the AP scaling ratio had to be tuned back just a little bit for reasons I'll get into in just a bit:

Crimson Pact: Vladimir permanently has 2.5% 4% bonus health AP and 140% 135% AP bonus health. These bonuses do not stack with themselves.

E: So, I'm gonna start with Vlad's E first because its a main source of complexity to his kit. Lets all be honest, Vladimir's E is really, really, really, REALLY boring. Sure it adds complexity by having stacks which give increased damage, self-healing, spell vamp, and health-regen, but once the late game rolls around, it honestly doesn't have too much of a presence outside of a source of crazy damage. So, how about we (I know you all will hate me but bear with it) turn it into a long range, slower-moving skillshot which adds a 1 Empowered stack onto its target (max 3), and has a pretty low cooldown. Also, it doesn't give the before-mentioned increase to damage, self-healing, spell vamp, and health-regen. Because of its cooldown, its damage needs to be slightly balanced too. Lastly, its health cost and range is increased for reasons that I'll get into once I get to his Q:

Tides of Blood Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 25/40/55/70/85) Cooldown: 4.5 3 seconds Range: 610 700 Active: Vladimir unleashes a torrent of blood in a line, damaging the first three enemies hit. Passive: Applies an Empowered stack on each enemy champion hit by Tides of Blood. (Max 3)

Q: Me and my friend were actually really happy with how Vladimir's Q is: it is both thematically accurate, gives him sustain, and acts as a main source of damage. The problem with it is that its really binary and doesn't have much drawbacks/counterplay. Also, there really isn't a lot of things that an enemy can do in order to telegraph it. So, how about we decrease the range of the ability (making Vladimir have to weight his options when going in for health/damage-taken payout) but make the healing and damage done increase based on how many stacks of Empowered is on the target? Sounds good? Sounds good. In order to deal with that passive increase, the damage/heal is slightly balanced.

Transfusion Range: 600 500 Damage: 90/125/160/195/230 90/120/150/180/210 Self-heal: 15/25/35/45/55 10/20/30/40/50 Active: Vladimir drains the lifeforce of the target enemy, dealing them magic damage and healing himself. Passive: For each stack of Empowered on the target, Transfusion's damage is increased by 2/4/6/8/10 and the heal is increased by 2/3/4/5/6%.

So yea! Me and my friend were thinking about taking the slow from W and putting it into his E, but we didn't come to an agreement on that. However I think these would be able to put him into a better place than he is now. I don't have any ways to test these numbers, but I think that they should be okay! What do you all think?
