If someone DCs out of champ select. PLEASE END IT.

first off i don't know if you know. but currently if you exit champ select becuase you dced. you cannot join back unless its a millesecond dc. if your game dced from pvp.net you will go back to the client if you restart after you connect. you will not be brought back to champ select. so there is no reason to have champ select last long for them to not pick their champ or ban its worthless. it used to work like that and they changed it for no fucking reason.
