You really haven't thought this through have you riot

So bot lane is getting 4 man ganked a lot, and fb towered too. To fix this, you change the rift herald to do half the towers health when charging. So a top lane yorick can leave his ult in his lane, and bring rift herald and him self to bot lane via tp. This really fixed the 4 man gank didn't it
