@RiotRepertoir Sion Passive and Q?

I've had two ideas I stand by strongly over the past few days, and I was wondering what you thought of them.

Q - A triangular shaped area closest to Sion in the middle of his Q called the Deadzone. The Deadzone deals maybe either bonus damage or true damage because it would be as if you were getting hit by Sion's Axe directly rather than just him smacking the ground and the blade going right through you. I think this would create a level of depth similar to Darius, especially if you lowered the damage on the knockup itself outside of the Deadzone.

P - I seriously doubt one of the greatest warriors to have ever lived infused with blood magic and strong enough to 1v1 Galio 1,000 times (That's an actual quote from him btw), also being a bloodthirsty monster that literally choked Jarvan I to death with his last breath would just walk a little bit faster while dying. Why not create a small lunge or something, maybe even a thing where he can start choking you out.

I feel as if these changes would be justified too as it seems like an impending sion nerf is coming anyway. Thank you for your time!
