RIOT The nerf of dark harvest isn't enough in ARAM

HI RIOT,

Nice creation of new dark harvest, everyone is getting dark harvest in ARAM. Now I can only win if me or my team have champs which are strong with dark harvest. For example Jhin and Karthus.

You have to fix this problem, all you did is making the game unbalance and not fun to play. How come everyone is getting dark harvest in ARAM, too OP? Are the other runes useful in ARAM??? Think about what the players experience before making the change, it is ridiculously unbalance.

I would suggest either make some changes on itemaization or ban dark harvest in ARAM

The 8.24 nerf isn't enough.
