Nasus needs some help.
Ever since conquer, nasus is one of the lowest win rate top laners. He's dogshit. He can't bring early skirmishes to the table and gets his ult counter'd late game due to conquer's true damage.

Nasus did have decent win rates before Conqueror came out then it started to tank below 50 again.
As a much as I hate to say it, but only way to fix Nasus is to probably rework him. His kit is old and obsolete, his dependency on farm to scale and his play style discourages him from joining teams fights.
Yep, he is pretty terrible right now and feels very low impact in high platinum. He seeds minor changes I think or a mini-rework.
