Conqueror And Resolve

Conqueror in my opinion makes the game less fun and it kills champion designs such as Vayne and Fiora and on top of that it makes tanks like Sion's laning feel like shit playing against. Conqueror should either be tuned to 15-50 AD or something like that and 10% true damage or reworked completely.

Resolve, resolve effectively makes toplane rune variety nonexistent you either take second wind and bone plating and get the free Hp resolve gives or you lose every trade just like that. Can we atleast get second wind and bone plating in the same row?
