[Strong Suggestion] Why does Zilean have to LOB bombs at point-blank range?

I think a good mini-buff for Zilean would be to reduce the time it takes for his Time Bombs [Q] to land, depending on how far he is throwing them (just like Soraka Starcall [Q] ).

Seriously, he shouldn't have to rainbow his bomb on someone right in front of him :P
