How long would you be happy waiting for preferred role?

I am not a huge fan of the new champion selection process, mostly due to the fact I rarely get my first pick. Not such a bad thing the old way, since I could then pick 1/4 of the remaining. Now though, there is just no way I can put fill because Fill = Support. I am stuck with then picking a secondary, sometimes support, sometimes top, etc, but only being bound to one because Fill is so stupidly broken filling people into support 99% of the time.

ANyway. I'd be happy waiting up to 5 full minutes to get matched into a game with my preferred role.
