I just confused why Urgot allowed to be the tier D of Top laners while this champions run like that?

just the solo example of champion that can bully you in lane, screw you over and scale pretty much while abusing the hell out of Conquer and having almost 54.5% winrate being atleast Mid to Top tier champion as pick for Top lane.

On the other hand who want you to fight him and risk your life, punish you for your mistake and kill you within second with true damage while sitting at top tier as well.

But when was even remotely viable and good pick for Top lane, special in pro play he just got reworked and gutted to the ground adding to it the recent nerfs to Conquer that did affect him badly and just gut him to the bottom of top laners.

I just confused why a champion that can't spam their E for free healing and in same time want you to actual fight him as well, punish you for being aggressive getting gutted to ground and this champions who doing his job or even better not ?
