Hextech items needs overhauls.

Can you believe these item genre was considered a large midgame buy for your mage to extend playstyles when they were introduced? Hextech items in general currently now are NOT bought on your corestaple mage. But rather, assassins and battle mages such as vlad.

For one, these items cannot be stacked. These items have a "special" interaction that you cannot use them consecutively. AD items such as item 3095 + item 3147 or item 3087 item 3094 have effects that you can frontload your damage by a item combo but for whatsoever reason, these mage items cannot. Your fun of building creatively is being robbed here. I think for the cost of one item slot, cost. and lack of magic pen and brute ap power, it is justified.

Second, is the large lockout when you use the item so you are artificially prevented to make action while you are casting it. In a game that mobility is considered high priority, and positioning is god, picking these items on a immobile mage is extremely detrimental.

Third, is especially for gunblade. A horrid item path and cost, but at the same time a "cheese" item. As one of the most expensive item in the whole game, only few champions build AND abuse it for the sake of cheese. Generally, Akali, katarina and sometimes Jax and Leblanc last year around. Remove the AD component so it prevents awful balancing, change it into a skillshot so you have the fun of "aiming" your gun so enemies can play around it. Hybrid items need their own genre.

Make hextech items fun. And appealing. Building mages are really stale these days...
